Insurance
We are in-network with multiple insurance companies but your benefit coverage and financial responsibility will depend on your specific insurance plan, deductible, copay or coinsurance. Patients are responsible for verifying their benefits and coverage with their insurance company. Please keep in mind that while insurances can cover Naturopathic medical services they often do not cover education, nutritional support, weight loss visits, allergy treatments, functional lab testing, and other services.

The best way to verify your insurance coverage is to contact your insurance company directly and ask them if Dr. Heather Boyd-Roberts is in-network, if your plan has naturopathic coverage, and what your deductible and copay/coinsurance is.
Policies
Payment Policy
A credit card on file is required to establish care at A Natural Choice Health Care and will be kept secure. For payment we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and HSA and FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
Your scheduled appointment is a time set aside specifically for you. We have a significant waiting list of patients who would love to take any canceled appointment. Because of this, all cancellations must be made by noon 48 hours prior to your appointment. If your appointment is on a Monday, your cancellation must be made by noon on Thursday as we are closed Friday-Sunday. Cancellations less than the 48 hour policy and no shows will be charged a $75 fee. These fees are not covered by insurance.
Insurance Policy
As a courtesy, A Natural Choice Health Care will bill your primary and secondary insurance on your behalf. It is important that we have complete and accurate information about your insurance plan. Please make sure to bring in a current insurance card and photo ID to your visit and update us if your insurance changes. If your insurance has not been verified prior to your appointment you will be responsible for the full amount of the visit. Once your insurance has been verified and billed you may receive a refund depending on the amount of your insurance coverage. If your insurance carrier is out of network with Dr. Heather Boyd-Roberts you will be responsible for any portion of the visit not covered by your insurance.
